From Start to finish
We will discuss your requirements with you and provide draft drawings and work with you until you approve your scheme.
Once you have agreed you scheme we will put your application before the Local Planning Authority for their determination.
Your application will include a Planning Statement, proposed drawings and documentation that is required for the Planning Authority to determine your proposals. If third party reports are required we can arrange this on your behalf and will work with them to gain the correct reports needed for your application.
As Charted Architectural Technologists we are able to undertake working drawings to enable your contractor to complete your project in line with the requirements laid out in the Approved Documents. You may choose the Local Building Control Authority or a private Building Control supplier to submit your plans to. We are able to walk you through this stage and gain the required approvals.
You may wish to put a building contract in place between you and your contractor. We are able to provide a building contract and handle stage payments to your contractor that will give you peace of mind that stage payments are agreed and approved before getting to the end of project.
